Built For: The Trainer

For the second episode of our "Built For" series, we sat down with Jonathan Menocal, a 8-year officer with the Miami-Dade Police Department. Menocal has assisted in developing the intense training program around the MDPD Special Response Team (SRT), and walked us through the process he uses to approach training- both mentally and gear wise.
