California Privacy Rights

After we receive your request and confirm your identity, provided that no exceptions apply, we will limit the use of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Please note that Staccato does not share or sell your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submitting Requests and Exercising Your Rights

We may request that your authorized agent have written permission from you to make requests on your behalf and may need to verify your authorized agent’s identity.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
