How To File A Staccato Warranty Claim

We hope that your 2011 pistol provides you a lifetime of hassle-free service. But in the event you do need our help to address an issue with your Staccato pistol, our Customer Experience Team is standing by to assist you with any questions or warranty issues you may have. What follows are step-by-step instructions on how to file a warranty claim.

  1. Starting from the staccato2011.com homepage, you'll navigate over to the question mark in the top right corner. Here you'll find some helpful pages including Order Status, Lifetime Warranty, Knowledge Center, and Factory Tour.
  2. Navigate to the Staccato Lifetime Warranty page. You will find three banners with additional information about our Lifetime Warranty.
  3. First check out the Warranty Registration page. Here you can check to see if your pistol is registered for warranty. Please be sure to type in the serial number, including the space that separates it into two parts. If you are directed to complete the registration form, please fill out all the fields as completely as possible. Once you hit register, a message will appear at the top of the screen thanking you for submitting your registration. Now we've confirmed your warranty status.
  4. If you're interested in learning more about the two kinds of Lifetime Warranty Policy, you can visit our policy section for a more detailed view on certain items that may negatively affect your Lifetime Warranty.
  5. To submit the Warranty Claim, you'll need to completely fill out the Warranty Claim form in its entirety, with all required fields being checked. Please note that because your serial number has already been transferred to you, there's no need to use an FFL for delivery. You can use your home address for shipping to and from Staccato.
  6. Select the primary issue that fits the reason for your Warranty Claim and provide as many details as possible in the issues experience box. For the ammunition being used and lubrication fields, please be sure to note the most-used ammo and oil types for your gun.
  7. If you've had any custom work done to your Staccato™ 2011, please be as detailed as possible in the actual modifications that were used. Staccato will still cover and work on and repair any custom models, but you may need to cover parts, shipping and labor.
  8. Once you have completed all the required fields on the claim form, we encourage you to upload any pictures or videos that may help our gunsmiths in diagnosing your issue beforehand. You can do this under the Browse Files option. Once you click submit, the message will appear at the top of the screen thanking you for submitting your Warranty Claim form. Our warranty team will reach out to you within three business days for next steps on how to ship your pistol to us for repair.
